Yes. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants directly. NDIA-managed participants are welcome to contact us to discuss available options.
Is cleaning covered under NDIS funding?
Household tasks including cleaning can be funded under Core Supports for participants whose plans include this category. We recommend confirming with your plan manager or support coordinator.
Can I have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes, consistency matters. We assign a consistent, trained cleaner to each participant so the same person attends every visit wherever possible.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
All DELORA cleaners are reference-checked, trained and insured. NDIS Worker Screening Checks and additional compliance documentation can be provided on request.
