How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are touch dry within four to six hours. We use high-extraction equipment and air movement to keep drying times short.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes. Pet stains are pre-treated and we use enzyme-based treatments that break down the source of the odour rather than masking it.
Do you clean tile and grout?
Yes. Tiles are scrubbed and grout lines cleaned back with a rotary system, with optional sealing afterwards.
Is carpet cleaning included in an end of lease clean?
Steam carpet cleaning is a common add-on for vacate cleans and is often required by Victorian agents. We can include it in your bond clean quote.
