What is included in an end of lease clean?
Our exit clean follows the standard Victorian real estate vacate checklist: kitchen (including oven, rangehood, cabinetry inside and out), bathrooms (tiles, grout, screens, fixtures), all floors, walls spot-cleaned, windows internally, blinds and tracks, skirting, light switches and fittings.
Do you clean the oven and carpets?
Oven, rangehood and stovetop deep clean are included as standard. Professional steam carpet cleaning is available as an add-on and we can arrange it as part of the same booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your bond clean 1–2 weeks before your lease end date, especially in peak rental periods. We hold short-notice slots for urgent vacate cleans where possible.
